I had been so busy making Christmas cards for the family and haven't had any time to post them. This is one of the cards that I made and gave this one to my brother and sister-in-law, they loved it!

The image on this card was purchased on Etsy and is a digi image by Heather Ellis who is the artist for My Favorite Things. This image is called Chrtistmas Teddy 002 and can be found HERE.

Snowy Night

I had so much fun making this card. I wanted to do a dark snow night background and was very pleased with how it turned out. I added some white flock by Martha Stewart to the little girls outfit and on the snow bank and it also has a touch of glitter that didn't quite show up in the picture.

The image background was colored with Copic Marker BG75 and I added snow with a white gel pen. The rest of the image was colored as follows:

Girls Shoes, Coat & Hat: YG91, YG93, YG95

Girls Pants & Snowman's Hat & Scarf: E41, E42, E43, E44

Berries & Snowman's Scarf: R24, R27, R29

Snowman: W0, W1

Snowman Nose: YR12, YR15

The image on this card is a digi from the Whimsy and Stars Studio Etsy store found HERE.

The background was embossed with a Sizzix embossing folder and the sentiment is from an old Stampin' Up set and was first stamped with Versa Mark then embossed with gold detail embossing powder from Stampendous using a heat gun.

I added the pearls and the rhinestones and then popped up the image using one of my favorite secrets. I have kept all of my leftover rubber from triming my wood block Stampin' Up sets over the years and use it to pop up images on my cards by peeling off the rubber and the paper and using my glue gun (could use glue dots as well) on the non sticky side. I think this works better than the actual pop dots and is certainly less expensive!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month Card

I was asked by the fabulous Miss Judith aka: StampingQueenJAR to create a sample card for the Splitcoast Stampers Hope You Can Cling challenge of "Treat Yourself". We were to incorporate something sweet to eat and lots of pink in honor of breast cancer.

This is what I came up with. The image is Impression Obsession and the dp is by DCWV. I found the little pink ribbon charm at one of my local craft stores and thought it was perfect for this card (I'd been hoarding it for quite a while, tee hee)!

Verve Diva Dare

Good morning stampers! (Well it's morning as I post this anyway).

This is a card that I made for this month's Verve Diva Dare and we have been dared to case-a-diva and as Laurie said which is now stuck in my head everytime I say it "No, not quesadilla" case-a-diva... I love it!!

So with so many talented divas, each with so many beautiful creations to choose from, how does one decide. I spent several days just going through all of their amazing cards and had racked my brain trying to make up my mind, so what I did was I went through each of their blogs and picked three cards from each that I really liked and printed them out. Then I folded up the papers and put them into a big basket and had my youngest daugther pick one of the papers from the basket. The one she picked was an older card from none other than the amazingly talented and super sweet Amy Sheffer aka: PickleTree and it was her gorgeous and elegant for sure, Christmas Elegance card that my beautiful little girl pulled from the basket.

I really hope I did her card some kind of justice, she has so much talent and eye for detail that I was quite intimidated!! I changed the colors, dropped the bottom border and added a button to the bow and some pearls to the ornament but pretty much kept everything else the same. I even used the same Verve stamp set called Ornamental Christmas, one of my favorite sets!

Midnight Pumpkin Wishes

This is a Halloween card I made last week that I actually came together pretty well since it started out as a mistake with the coloring.

I wasn't going to color the whole background in, but I wanted to try something new with the paint brush and ink pads and I sort of ruined it at first but just decided to keep going anyways. I was just going to do the background surrounding the little witch and I didn't like the way it looked so this is what I ended up with.

I colored the main image with Copic Markers:

Pumpkins: YR12, YR15, YR18, E43, E44

Witch Dress: V12, V15, V17

Hat & Shoes: N3, N5, N7, N10

Hair: E25, E27

Skin: E000, E00, E01, E11, R20

Background: Stampin' Up Ink Pads Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, Wild Wasabi

I have had so many requests of people wondering where I got this image and I have been trying to locate it again since it was a free coloring page that I found via a google search and I haven't been able to find it again. So if anyone knows where this came from, I would be happy to post the link, but for now, here you all go.

Have A Happy Birthday

YEAH!! It's Saturday!! I love my weekends!! I had a little time to play in my craft room today so I thought I would make a girly birthday card! I love the color pink and I love making pink cards and if I didn't control myself every card in my gallery would be pink. But I end up controlling myself so much and force myself to use other colors that I don't use pink enough and I had fun with this one!

I have been itching to make my own rosette with the scallop border punch and I think I am in love with making them! To make this I use the Stampin' Up Scallop Border Punch then at each valley between scallops I scored it then folded it accordian style. Next attach the two ends with it standing up then push the center of it down to flatten it out to make the rosette shape. Finally, I added some gliter to the peaks and put a vintage button into the center of it.

I am loving the Viva La Verve Sketches and this one was no exception! Now I can't wait until next Friday to see the third sketch for September and if you want to play along you can find it in the Verve Forum on Splitcoast Stampers Here.

Let It Snow!

This is a card that I created recently just for the Viva La Verve September challenge week 1. I just fell in love with the sketch and knew almost immediately what I was going to do with it. Don't you just love it when a card comes together like that.

One of my new favorite things to do on a card is to play with the layering of shapes whether it is nestabilities, die-namics, punches, etc. and I love the effect of the popped up layers too.

I know it's just barely September and most of us still have 80-90 degree weather out there, but I usually need to get an early start of my Christmas cards because I have so many of them to make and like I said before, this sketch just screamed snowflakes at me.

I don't know if you've seen them yet or not, but Spellbinders just had a huge release and I can't wait to get my little hands on them. I haven't even finished buying all of the ones from the last release yet either, but they are some really awesome dies and I'm not sure how I'm going to do it, but they will be mine soon. The paper I used on this is one of my favorite Stampin' Up papers of all times in one of my favorite Stampin' Up colors of all times Baja Breeze. I just love the color combo of Baja Breeze, Crumb Cake and Whisper White it just seems so serene to me.

Riley Is On Vacation

Yes, Riley Is Going On Vacation and unfortunately so are my computers!

I have had more computer trouble in the past 4 days than I ever thought possible. First, my oldest daughter dropped my laptop and busted it up pretty good so I took it to Best Buy where I bought it and they said it would take several weeks to repair. Then, our family desktop computer got hit with a virus the very next morning and so now that one is at the repair shop too! Then I seem to have completely lost all of my camera memory cards and have to go buy a new one, which is why this photo was taken with my phone camera (hence the blurry photo). Finally, I got to work this morning and thought I would go ahead and get a card for the Riley sneak peeks uploaded to my blog and low and behold, the network was undergoing an upgrade to the server over the weekend which caused all sorts of problems. I was finally just cleared to use my computer about ten minutes ago. WHEW!!!

Anyway, enough about that, here is my card for the Riley Sneak Peeks Day 3! I've used Map Riley, isn't he just the cutest!!

This is a card that I made for an Etsy customer who wanted something blue and black with lots of bling and a panda bear on it so this is what I came up with.

Pretty Kitty

This is a card I made the other day for one of my Etsy customers, I've been super busy with custom orders and this is one of them. I just love this cute little kitty image, it's from RAISING OUR KIDS FREE DIGI site where there are a whole bunch of fabulous kids coloring pages. They are meant to be full page coloring sheets, but I shrink them down to digi size in Microsoft Word by copying the image then pasting it into a Word document and resizing it.

It's colored with Copic Markers: (Hat: E40, E41, E43) (Roses & Box Stripes: R81, R83, R85) (Rose Foliage: YG63) (Kitty: W0, RV10)

The kitty image didn't include a necklace on the kitty, but I just felt that she needed one so I created one with pearls. I used a paper doily and wired ribbon so that I could shape it how I wanted it. I added some glitter to the stripes on the box to give it some sparkle as this is a very girly card and what's a girly card without some bling and sparkle.

I made this card for one of my Etsy customers and thought I would share it with my blogger friends.

I just love that color, it's one of my fav colors! It's not quite blue but not quite green, some what in between. The dp on this card is from Lush and the image on my card is a FREE DIGI (coloring page that I shrunk down to digi size) from Raising Our Kids.com and I've colored the image with Copic markers.

I have been looking at the brads/buttons that have a pearl center surrounded by tiny rhinestones and they are just super expensive ($12.00 for two buttons) so I decided to make my own. It took some time and precise placing with the tweezers, but I seem to have done it or at least I was pretty happy with how it came out... what do you think?

Just another quick card that I made for one of my Etsy customers. Found this paper at my local craft store called Artco and thought it was perfect for this card. The sentiment is from a website called The Quote Garden and all I do is copy and paste it into a Word document then change the font type and size to how I want it then I print it onto cardstock.

Lilac Thoughts

This was a quick and simple card that I made the other day for no reason in particular, was just playing around in my craft room and saw this K&Co. lilac 3D sticker set and just couldn't resist putting it on a card. I'd completely forgotten that I had this as I am sure many of you can relate to and as soon as I saw it I knew exactly which paper I would put with it which really made this card come together even faster.

I love the 3D look and have yet to master creating my own 3D images, but is something that I have definitely been working on, just haven't created one good enough for posting and have actually put several of them into the trash!

So, I know I'm really late in getting this posted, but I have had such a rough week. My little girl has been in and out of the hospital and we still aren't sure what she had. She was running a 106 temp and was having difficulty breathing. After several trips to the doctors office and two trips to the emergency room, she is finally starting to feel better.

Fight Like A Girl

Hello Stampers!! It's Tuesday, which is better than Monday, but much worse than Friday, I love my weekends!

I have been working on some cancer survivor cards for a customer's survivor benefit in June, she needs 40 cards... yes, I said 40 and to date, I have three done. This is one that I did using the fabulous Moxie cancer dp and if you look close you can see the words on the paper thay say, hope, courage and strength.

The image on my card is a Whimsie Doodles Digi and has been colored with Copic markers (see list of markers used above). I purchased this digi for $2.00 and all proceeds go to breast cancer research, which I think is pretty cool!

I girled it up a bit using some Spellbinders dies sponged in pink with a computer made sentiment that says "Fight Like A Girl" added some pink rhinestones, pink ribbon and some pink and white pearls and a button and some twine. The sponging on the image shape and the embossed panel in the background was done using my favorite Versa Magic Wheat ink.

Hello Stampers!! So it's official, I really am a Riley And Company Moose Mate and this is my very first challenge as part of this fabulous design team!

This week's challenge is a color challenge and the colors are... drum roll please...

Hope For Delight In Life

This is a card that I created recently and was inspired by this beautiful purple designer paper by Moxie. They have a whole line of cancer awareness and hope papers in all different colors. I love them all and was rather happy with the way this purple one came out.

The paper is double sided and on one side it's these fabulous hope ribbons intwined with the word "hope" scattered about. There is also a flourish in the corner which gives it that added elegance and I think the flourish on the paper is really what led to the rest of the design.

I just got the new Spellbinders Fancy Labels 2 and just knew that I had to put it with the elegant purple paper. The sentiment is from the Stampin' Up set Delight In Life and thought that the sentiment was perfect for the theme of this card so I stamped it in Perfect Plum. I sponged around the oval section while it was still inside the die with Perfect Plum ink also then added some glitter to give the oval more of a border and some glitz. I placed a tiny little pearl on the center of the flower part of the sentiment. The white layer behind the sentiment was embossed using a Sizzix embossing folder then I added the Martha Stewart border to the bottom of it and wrapped some purple satin ribbon around it.

To top it all off, I added some pearls, purple rhinestones, a large purple bow adorned with a vintage silver and white button center.

I was very pleased with the overall look of this one and I hope you are too!

Happy Thursday Stampers!! It's almost Friday... YEAH!! I'm very happy that the weekend is almost here, but also a little sad because my DH will be gone for the weekend on a hunting trip with the guys, I'll just have to do a lot of stamping to keep myself busy, tee hee.

So this is a card that I made for particular reason, just knew that I wanted to make a card in these colors (Certainly Celery, Brown, White, Ivory) and this is what it ended up looking like.

I found this beautiful piece of green paper in my scrap pile and thought the color was perfect for what I had in mind, but I didn't have a very big piece of it so I decided to just do a top note die and place it at the bottom. I had no idea what I was going to put on the top section until I realized that I really wanted to put this beautiful off white Prima rose on my card and then I knew I had to add some foliage coming from the flower on the top half, but wasn't exactly sure how. I tried punching some foliage and I didn't quite like that so then I tried stamping some literal foliage onto the top half and it just didn't fit right onto the piece (it left too much white space) so I went back through my stamps and as saw that the Baroque Motifs set has some leaves on the flourish so I gave that a try and I loved it!

I stamped the Baroque Motifs in Certainly Celery and then I sponged around all of the edges of each layer with on the card with Versa Magic Wheat and Tim Holtz Ranger Distress Ink in Brushed Corduroy. I also distressed the edges on the white panel in the back and embossed it using a Sizzix embossing folder. The top note section is popped up to give it a lot of dimension and also it didn't really want to lay flat on the embossed background so it just looked better popped up.

Next, I added the strands of pearls (found at the Dollar Store) behind the flower, added the lace to hide the seperation in the papers, added the large pearls.

The final step was the sentiment which really gave me trouble because I couldn't figure out where to put it. I played with the idea of stamping it on the green section, but I just didn't think it would stand out enough, so I thought well maybe I'll stamp somewhere on the top white half, but I felt like it took away from the beautiful flourish. At that point, I knew I was goint to have to either do a tag sentiment or punched sentiment. I tried hanging a tag from the flower, but it ended up covering up too much of the beautiful green paper, so my last resort was a punch. I tried doing an oval punched sentiment, but I just felt like it was too big and overpowered the whole card. I finally ended up with a small circle punch, but it just looked naked so I ended up putting the flourish looking Martha Stewart heart punch behind it and popped it up and I was happy with that.

For A Special Friend

This is a card that I made the other day after purchasing this beautiful glittered paper from My Mind's Eye called Lost And Found. Each circle is surrounded by silver glitter and has sort of a distressed look to it so it's a little bit shabby and little bit chic!

I added some faux stitching to the dp as I swear my sewing machine hates me. It just sits in the corner of my craft desk and laughs at me! I've seen so many beautiful cards with elaborate and gorgeous stitching and would love to be able to include that on my cards if my darn sewing maching and I could just be friends.

The rose in the center of the circle was made using My Favorite Things Die-Namics Rolled Rose with Bashful Blue paper and I inked the edges of it using Versa Magic Wheat and Tim Holtz Ranger Distress Ink in Brushed Corduroy. The image is a digi by Sentiments 4 You and has been cut using my Spellbinder's Nestabilities Large Circle Dies as well as the Bashful Blue circle behind which was also embossed using the Provo Craft Swiss Dots embossing folder. The sentiment circle and the blue mat circle were both distressed using Versa Magic Wheat and Tim Holtz Ranger Distress Ink in Brushed Corduroy.

Every layer is popped up with pop dots so it really has a lot of depth. I added the satin ribbon and vintage button which is almost identical to Bashful Blue, but is not Stampin' Up. The butterflies on each side of the sentiment circle are 3D stickers from K&Co. that I thought matched perfectly.

The final step was to add the blue rhinestone flourish and the large off white pearls.

I really hope you like it, this is one of my more favorite cards I've done recently and hopefully you will agree.

Life's Problems

This is a card that I had made for a friend of mine who is going through a difficult time right now and when I saw this quote that reads: "Life's problems wouldn't be called "Hurdles" if there wasn't a way to get over them." I just knew that it was perfect for my friend.

All of the paper on this card (except for the solid black and solid white) are from the DCWV paper pack. I found the quote from The Quote Garden and copied and pasted it into a word document, changed the font and printed it out onto white cardstock, then used my Spellbinders Nestabilities shape to cut it out then sponged around the edges while it was still in the die with Stampin' Up Sahara Sand.

The ribbon is wired which allows me to shape it any way I want then I put the Prima flower in the middle of the bow, added the rhinestone flourish and the silver pearls and there you have it.

Easter Chicks

This is another Easter card that I've made recently, trying to utilize colors that I wouldn't normally use. I tend to stick to my go-to colors (pink, blue, brown, green, purple) but I don't reach for yellow or orange very often.

I love Spring and Easter because the pastel colors are fun to use.

I am getting ready to put the kiddos into bed so I am going to make this brief.

Elegant Easter Bunny

Here is one of the Easter cards that I made over the weekend with the new digi from Angel's Landing called Nature Bunny & Violets. I've seen this image on a few cards and I just had to have it and colored him up right away with Copic markers.

I sponged around the edges of the Nestie circle die with Versa Magic Wheat, added the Prima flower with the punches foliage underneath it. Stamped the "Happy Easter" sentiment that I found amidst a set that I had bought some time ago and never used by Studio G.

I added the button to the sentiment banner, some pearls to the image, punched the butterfly and adhered it to the bow and added some rhinestones.

I was very pleased with how this one came together and I hope you are too!!

Ears Wishing You A Happy Day

This is a card that I made for Easter, but after I stamped the sentiment I realized that it didn't quite go with the image on my card, but oh well.

The image on my card is a digi by The Stampin' Place and is colored with Copic markers. I'm not sure what the blue paper in the background is, but it sort of resembles Soft Sky. The other colors are Very Vanillla and Kraft.

The little organza ribbon flower that is on my ribbon is handmade.

Easter Bunny Special Delivery

This is a card that I made for Easter, I just loved that little digi image by Di's Digis. I colored him up almost as quickly as I downloaded him and then I just couldn't wait to get him onto a card!

He is colored with Copic markers and the dp in the background is by Anna Griffin. The rest is pretty self explanitory, it was a pretty easy card, but I really like how it came out and I think it all has to do with that adorable little Easter bunny!

Hangin' With My Peeps

Happy Friday Stampers!

I saw this image the other day on a card and just had to have it!! I am a huge Peeps fan (I especially love them when they are a bit stale, weird... I know). The image is a digi from Whimsy Doodles and for obvious reasons, it's called "Hangin' With My Peeps".

I colored the image twice then cut one out and popped it up on top of the other one with pop dots to give it that three dimensional look. I also glittered the top image to make the peeps look like they are covered in sugar.

Anyways, I guess that's it for now, but I really hope you all enjoy it!

To Brighten Your Day

Happy Wednesday Stampers!!

I have been so very, very busy with my girls and their school work and after school sports that I have not had much time to post. I have made a few cards over the last several days, but by the time I get them created, I am far too tired to post them.

This is one that I made the other day that I had intended on being an Easter card, but ended up like more of a just because kinda card.

I was wanting to play with the Spellbinders Framabilities that I bought some time ago but haven't really used much (for what reason, I'm sure because I really like them). I wasn't really sure whether I should use it as a frame or as more of decoration in the background and as you can see it ended up being a little bit of both.

The image on my card is a free digi by Blue Bird Flats found HERE. There are also several more free digis on their site that are great for the circle Nestabilities. I colored the image with Copic markers and sponged the circle while it was still inside the die using Versa Magic Wheat ink and a sponge.

I found a seller on Etsy who makes all of these wonderful floral embellishments that are perfect for cards and her prices certainly cannot be beat. I got the little organza ribbon flower with the pearl center from her that came in a package of 36 pieces in multiple colors for just $7.50! If you are in need of floral embellishments, you need to check out Delightful Designer on Etsy.

Anyways, we have our first bit of sunshine here in Seattle for the first time in a while. I've almost forgotten that the sky can be blue too and not just gray!!

Two Roads Diverged

This is my card for this weeks COLOR DARE and this week we have some amazing colors that we "DARE" you to try.

This weeks colors are:

BASIC GRAY

I had a lot of fun with these colors and I think you will too. This is definitely a color combination that I will use again. Rather than using white as my base color though, I went with Very Vanilla to give it more of a vintage feel because as you know, I am lovin' this look on my cards right now.

If you saw my post yesterday, I have started making my own Prima flowers and although this card was made before I discovered that I could make these myself, I have made some that look exactly like this one.

Handmade Flower Assortment

I have discovered all of the many wonderful tutorials online and have been going crazy making my own handmade flowers.

There are so many wonderful tutorials on You Tube that show you how to make your very own handmade paper and ribbon flowers. I had been spending a small fortune on the Prima Marketing flowers because I just love the look of these beautiful flowers on my cards, but at around $1.00 a piece, I was always a little hesitant to use them. I have discovered that I can make them myself for a lot less and they look just as good (sometimes even better) than the Prima Marketing ones, plus I can make them to match whatever project I might be working on rather than having to find one that looks close enough.

Some of them are a little more difficult than others, but some of them are extremely easy and give your cards or scrapbooks such a rich look. You can add fancy brads or rhinestones to the centers, ink up the edges, add glitter and use any cardstock you have in your stash!

I was really happy with how these came out and I know that with even more practice, they will only get better!

Vintage Here For You

This is a card I made yesterday, just playing around with the vintage look. I was pretty happy with how this came although it looks nothing like what I had envisioned in my head. I started out with completely different papers and had something a little bit more flashy and less vintagy in mind, but this card ended up having a mind of it's own and a good one at that!

I have also been wanting to playing around layering different Spellbinders shapes for a more elegant look.

I love this paper too, it's by K&Co. and I just sponged around the edges of it with Ranger Distress Inks to give it an older more worn look.

Shabby Roses

I just can't seem to get enough of the shabby chic/vintage look. I am in love with the papers from Flea Market, they all have a very vintage feel to them just like the tiny little roses paper in the background on this one.

I love the way this came together, it's very girly and feminine, at least I think so, but I'd really like to know what you think.

I created a shadow box effect with the Spellbinders die by using the negative of the shape I cut and then embossing around it with one size larger then popped it up around the image.

This one came together rather quickly because I already had the image colored, so other than that there really isn't a lot to this one.

I'll Give You My Smile

This is a card that I made for one of my Etsy customers who is a nurse in a cancer ward and I made this for her to give to some of her patients.

The sentiment says "If you don't have a smile, I'll give you one of mine". I thought this would be great for someone who might be going through the terrible visits to the hospital for treatments.

The paper is DCWV Linen Closet and the sentiment is by Heidi Grace.

I Love You This Much!

This is another quick little Valentine card I created and thought I should get it posted before February was over.

The image on my card is a Penny Black hedgie and has been colored with Copic markers, my favorite coloring method! I've tried SU markers, watercolor pencils and blender pen, Prisma pencils and gamsol, reinkers and paint brush and blender pen, oil pastels and even chalks, but I just can seem to get these methods down as well as the Copics. So I will just stick with what I know.

Valentine Trio

This was a set of Valentines that I made for some of the guys that I work with. They have all discovered my cards and are now requesting custom made cards for their wives and girlfriends.

I was originally going to make this a set, but it ended up being split up when some of the guys saw them and wanted one, but not all of them, so the set got split up.

This set doesn't have a ton of stamping, because I used some stickers from Making Memories that already had some beautiful sayings and designs on them.

I loved the color combination of the stickers and built the cards around the elements in the stickers and the papers were also in the same color scheme as well.

I fell in love with this sketch and had a ton of ideas for it, but as soon as I saw this week's Splitcoast inspiration site, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. This week's site is full of baby stuff and I have really been feeling the pastel colors and I just love making the vintage, shabby chic look on my cards. It might just be a phase, but I think it's going to stay around for a while.

I am really tired tonight after I rushed home from work to go to my oldest daugther's school for an induction ceromony into the AVID program which is a course she will take during school hours to prepare her for college. Only 22 students from her 7th grade class were selected into the program out of 300 of her 7th grade peers so it really was a big deal and this is just after her induction ceromony into the National Junior Honor Society last week. Can you tell I'm a proud mama!! She also had her first Mathlete competition and her first after school guitar lesson this week... we've been busy!!

So, I am suppose to tell you eight things about myself and then pass this award along to eight bloggers that inspire me so here goes:

1. I am a family gal!! For me, family always comes first and is the most important thing in my life! My oldest daughter became a teenager today (boy do I feel old) and youngest is six. My oldest daughter is in the seventh grade and has just been accepted into the honor society, she also participates in the mathletes, is 7th grade ASB representative and is an avid soccer player! My youngest does ballet but is longing to take soccer so that she can be like her big sister, she is a smart cookie as well and I am very proud of both of them!! My hubby and I are high school sweethearts and have been married for almost 16 years... I simply can't imagine going through this life without him!!

2. I recently started my very own Etsy store and I am having so much fun creating cards that can be shared with people across the world and am extremely honored everytime someone purchases one of my cards!!

3. I am way behind in my scrapbooks for my daughters because I spend most of the time in my craft room making cards (shhhhh!!!)

4. I work full-time as the controller (head accountant) and human resource director for a commercial printing company in Seattle. I have been with this company for almost ten years and I love it, long commute and all!!

5. I recently rescued a Beagle puppy from a testing facility and she has a tattoo on the inside of her ear with her badge number and she is such a sweetie!! She has made my Corgie very happy and has even brought some spunk back into her when they chase each other around the yard.

6. I have an obssesion with clothes and shoes and accessories! Basically I love to shop!! I have two and a half full closets that are part of the house in addition to the two free standing closets that I had to buy because I had no where to put all of my clothes! I am also very picky about how they are organized as well, they are organized by season or type (skirts, dresses, slacks, jeans, etc) then by color (I am a little Munk-ish when it comes to my clothes).

7. I am the oldest of four children and I am the only girl, yes, I have three younger brothers and I love all of them even though two of them live in Oregon I still see them regularly!!

8. I love to read and I am a huge Twilight fan!!! I love my Kindle and when I am not spending time with the family, shopping, making cards or cleaning house I am reading! I read for at least 30 minutes every night before I turn my light off to go to sleep. Right now I am reading a book called "Torment" by Lauren Kate the second in the Fallen series.
