This is a card that I had made for a friend of mine who is going through a difficult time right now and when I saw this quote that reads: "Life's problems wouldn't be called "Hurdles" if there wasn't a way to get over them." I just knew that it was perfect for my friend.
All of the paper on this card (except for the solid black and solid white) are from the DCWV paper pack. I found the quote from The Quote Garden and copied and pasted it into a word document, changed the font and printed it out onto white cardstock, then used my Spellbinders Nestabilities shape to cut it out then sponged around the edges while it was still in the die with Stampin' Up Sahara Sand.
The ribbon is wired which allows me to shape it any way I want then I put the Prima flower in the middle of the bow, added the rhinestone flourish and the silver pearls and there you have it.
